The Kingdom of Thailand, formerly the Kingdom of Siam, is the the only country in South East Asia that was never occupied by a European power. With over 63 million people, a wide diversity of culture, food, architecture, and the new Bangkok International Airport, Thailand is gaining strength as the centerpiece of the region.

This is the Royal Palace in Bangkok, the throne of the current Kingdom, though if you travel across the country you see that though it's history there have been many kings, in many palaces, in many of it's regions.

Thai Flag and the National Emblem are seen displayed proudly, along with pictures of the King, and his Seal.

It is shielded from China by a small portion of Laos and Myanmar, but it's tail strecthes all the way down to mainland Malaysia.
